Exchange and Return Policy

Bulks products are consumer goods sold at wholesale prices. The customer may exchange or return a product in the following cases:

1. The product arrived broken or damaged or opened at the source.
2. A product different from the one ordered was delivered.
3. Non-food products that are unopened and unused and in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of receipt. In this case the customer pays the return shipping cost.

In the first and second cases Bulks covers the full cost of the exchange or return and the customer pays no extra fees.

Food and beverages and chilled items and any product opened by the customer cannot be returned because they are perishable or cannot be resold for health reasons.

How to request an exchange or return

Please contact us on WhatsApp at 0555854167 as soon as you receive your order with the order number and a photo showing the issue.

Compensation

After the case is verified the customer chooses to exchange the product for a sound one or to receive a refund.
